If you are no longer able to attend prom or have an extra ticket you are selling, here are the instructions on how to change the name on the ticket once you’ve found a buyer:

STEP ONE:
The original ticket holder must email the prom at TicketTransfers@gmail.com. The email MUST come from the email account used in the PayPal purchase, or be one of the email addresses in the student’s profile! This is for your OWN security!
- PLEASE INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL STUDENT’S NAME IN THE SUBJECT LINE !
- For example, “John Doe Ticket Transfer”
- Let us know if you're selling your "homeschooler" ticket or your guest ticket.
- If you know the email address of the student who will be buying your ticket, it would be helpful as well.

STEP TWO:
You will receive an email from the prom that you will forward to the student who will be buying your ticket.
- If you provided us with their email address, we can email this directly to them, instead
- The email will instruct the new students to do the following:
- Create an "account" on the prom website, by clicking "Register"
- Complete a form which will provide us with additional information the website didn't collect: (age, homseschool info, etc) as well as allow them to indicate volunteer preferences and agree to the Dress Code, Code of Conduct, and Release of Liability.
- Purchasers must be Homeschoolers OR have a host who is currently registered for the Prom and who does not already have a guest.
