Why have you added the Reserve a Table feature?

  • Many Prom attendees come with a large group of friends and have requested throughout the years to have the ability to reserve a table to insure that they could sit together. Reserving a table in not a required extra expense. You and your friends can take your chances at getting entire table once you arrive.

How do I reserve a table?

  • Click HERE to purchase your table and begin filling out the names for each seat.

What is the deadline for table purchases/names of those sitting at my table?

  • Deadline for Table Purchases and names of those sitting at your table is April 3rd .

How much does it cost to Reserve a Table?

  • $60 for whole table of 12
  • $30 for a half table of 6.


What is the Maximum number of people per table?

  • 12 people for full, 6 for half.

Who is the reserve a table intended for?

  • Groups of 10-12 or 6 that want to insure that they can sit together.
  • Every year large groups of friends will often come together, but sometimes have a difficult time sitting together, especially if they arrive late.
  • This feature will provide you an opportunity to reserve a table, ensuring that you will be able to indeed sit together.
  • This fee is in addition to the price of your prom tickets.


How do I “purchase” a table?

  • One attendee in your group is responsible for “purchasing the table”. (This feature is only available to those who have purchased a ticket.)
  • You will be directed to PayPal in the same manner you were to purchase your prom ticket.
  • You must have a minimum of at least 10 registered ticket holders to reserve a whole table.
  • By April 3rd you must have submitted your complete table list.


Where does the money go that you raise from the Reserve a Table feature?

  • All funds raised from “Reserving a Table” are used to expand decorations, entertainment, and special features at the Prom.
  • All proceeds brought in each year from ticket sales and fundraising are spent on the evening.
  • Prom has no paid personnel. All positions are voluntary.


Can I reserve a whole table if we have less than 10 people in our group?

  • No, the minimum table setting for a whole table is 10
  • For a half table you must have 6


Do you have assigned seating for those that are not reserving a table?

  • No, it is on a first come, first serve basis.
  • We recommend that you arrive early to secure the best spot.
  • Your place card will be given to you at check-in.
  • You then “save” your place by setting it at the available table of your choice.
